DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Requirements:
·
Candidate
must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource
Management,
Psychology, Law or equivalent.
·
Having
knowledge in labour law and regulations.
·
Be
able to conduct psychological test and reporting interpretation.
·
Required
language(s): English
·
At
least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is
required for
this position.
·
Preferably
Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or
equivalent.
Responsibilities:
·
Recruitment
activities in respective branch.
·
General
Affairs activities in respective branch.
·
Industrial
Relation and Employee Relation in respective branch.
·
Employee
performance appraisal and evaluation in respective branch.
·
Handling
general HR & personnel administration in respective branch.
·
Reporting
all activities to Branch Manager dan HR Head Office in
Jakarta.
·
Placement
in Surabaya or nearby.
