DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
The Business Administrator role involves
managing forms to deliver to
head office, core administration duties,
all documentation related to
business process, analytical work and
managing branch financial report
to Finance Dept.
Job
Responsibilities:

Manage
general administration of the office
·
Petty
cash reporting to Head Office
·
Manage
forms delivery to Head Office
·
Document
management
·
Support
the Branch Manager of assessing the administration results
and performance
targets
·
Support
Finance Dept. to manage branch administration
·
Make
fact based decisions and follows through to completion,analyses and uses data
to achieve acquisition goals, driving execution and initiating action
Job
Qualification:
·
Diploma
Degree in relevant field
·
At
least 1-year experience on Finance/Admin/Secretary role. Fresh
graduate are
welcome to apply
·
Proficient
with Ms. Office applications, especially Ms. Excel
·
Have
experience with reporting and documentations
·
Good
attention to details
·
Familiar
with financial reporting
·
Self-starter,
proactive and ability to work well in a fast-paced
environment
·
Passionate
about the social mission and making a positive impact in
emerging markets
·
Fluent
in Bahasa Indonesian
·
Good
in English both written and oral
